Can anyone give me a spanish translation for the english job title:

"Health Service Manager"

coorganiser - thanks for this, but can I check if this is an actual spanish job title or a literal translation from a translation website?

Not a literal translation - by chance I found something on a document at work. However, I think it is a job in the private sector. Don't know what a public sector job equivalent would be. If it helps, the public service is called Insalud or INSS.
