In Indonesia, you point at something with your thumb, not your finger. And crossing your arms in front of your chest is confrontational. In Thailand having the soles of your feet facing someone is very rude. And don't pat a child on the head or ruffle his or her hair - the head is sacred. Etc, etc.

Apparently showing the the sould of your feet is a no-no in Thailand, while here it is perfectly OK.
In much of India's society it is not acceptable for a woman to show cleavage, while here women are allowed to show their assets to a more liberal degree.
Belching in public after eating is not acceptable here in the UK and indeed in most of Europe, while in China and in I think also in Japan it is considered polite.
