^Can we now come to the conclusion that Asians are involved in a disproportionate amount of driving without insurance offences and 'crash for cash' scams? It does seem that way.
All that has been said so far suggests that Asians tend to live in the sort of areas that have higher levels of motor claims/accidents/fraudulent claims. That doesn't mean they are more likely to be the cause of these claims/offences.
I'm not sure whether any data is or should be available on the ethnic origin of claimants and those involved in motor crimes.

How do you know that car insurance costs more in areas of high Asian population? I can't believe there is any data to back up your claim.
Anecdotal evidence gleaned from watching the likes of Road Wars occasionally suggests that most car crime involves young white kids. This, of course, is reflected in the fact that young men get charged higher premiums than older people. It does seem that way....
