msn mail failure

when i get my msn messages 50% of them read postmaster @mail.hotmail-
delivery status notification_failure.
iheve looked at a couple but they seem to be in japanese sent from my mailbox.
is there any way of stopping these.
ps i am 62 years old and not very computer wise so if i have to do anything tachnical can you please explain in easy to follow stages

1st.... change your MSN password in case somebody else is actually using the account.

If that doesn't stop them then a spammer is using your address as the reply address on the emails they are sending out, you can wait a few days and see if it stops, if it does all good, otherwise you may have to close the account and open a new one.
