Jane Seymour was born at Wulfhall, Savernake Forest, Wiltshire, the daughter of Sir John Seymour and Margery Wentworth.

I knew she was born in Wiltshire of John Seymour - my ex specialised in Tudor History, naomi, and offered a Fud (PhD) at Oxford in it......the rest yes.

She was born in Hayes (as far as I have heard). I can understand why she hasn`t gone back though.

DT, actually, I did know that. I saw it on television.

Believe that she has sold it after some run-in with the locals.....it is spectacular and, if I remember right, it was rather special inside.
