Not Lithium Carbonate which is a script only medication but the other the counter Lithium Orotate version.

I only know someone who takes it on prescription for Bipolar. Sorry

I have been on Lithium Carbonate since 1997 and it can be pretty dangerous stuff. I know that the Orotate will be different but it will still have some effect on your kidneys. I am forced to take the drug (none of the alternatives worked for me) and would not willingly choose to take it.

What is a Nero Protector ?

If you have anxiety, alcoholism or mood problems, you should really be seeing a GP and getting orthodox treatment.
