How To Send A Message To A Fellow Aber ?

I want to send a message of interest to a fellow Aber relating to an older post. Which means they may never read it.

I could do it if they are in a current thread somewhere otherwise it doesn't seem possible. I thought of Facebook but they are not there. Any ideas.

Have a look at their profile and see if they are involved in any current threads.
Alternatively start a thread "for attention xxx" and ask them to answer

I suppose under Chatterbank. Are you sure they are still on here actively. If you see them answering any posts whilst you are on then get your question in quick

Either chatterbank (if they use CB regularly) or the topic where the original post was.

Either way I'd wait until I think they are online and answering other posts.
