During a performance ? Probably not !
I wouldn't think so - when I've been to the theatre recently, there have been announcements before each performance to say that the taking of photos, even on mobile phones, is prohibited.
I am not sure about Bloomsbury but at few places recording (video) is prohibited but photos (still) are allowed as long as you do not use your Flash. So increase your ISO.
pretty well all theatres I've been to forbid photography, still or moving, during performances. But nobody's ever stopped me taking photos of the auditorium before or after or during the intermission, if your interests are purely architectural.
