What do you need it for? That might allow a more helpful answer

It's the Foreign Office in Whitehall to whom the Embassies report, if there is a HO. Do you need the Passport Office?

There is no British Embassy in Britain.

thanks for all your answers, I have been told that to claim my late Fathers arctic star I should contact the British embassy, I don't know if this is the right thing to do or if there is another way, I don't even know if I am to late to claim this medal, my Father was on the arctic convoys, and I found his diary recently and that made me realize how much de deserved to get the medal, but never did, I know he got one for bravery and I would like to pass all of his medals on to his only grandson.
