You don't have to go on them if you don't enjoy them. But if you want to do it then just try it and after a few times you may get used to it. Maybe just sing to yourself as you go round

Relax and enjoy!
I have done so, to join in with friends, but it's not normally my thing. I have too strong a survival instinct to like those sorts of thing. Generally I avoid them and as I get older avoid them all the more. I think they are for folk who have the evolved survival mechanism, gone missing.
simple answer is I don't. I am too old to do unpleasant things unless they are essential.

The rides are very fast, so you are only upside down for a couple of seconds. Something to do with centripetal force, if I remember rightly? I love these rides, but haven't managed to visit a theme park for many years.
Just don't get on them.
My son went on one is Las Vegas that goes off the top of a hotel and over the side upside down. Stupid boy - said he was glad he was wearing brown trousers!
I love them.

Shut your eyes and think of England
