Thanks Gromit, but I thought it might flare up too quickly there - I thought S&C might at least allow discussions to 'percolate' more slowly. Also, it might just pull one or two News dwellers away from their comfort zone for a while.

TheChair...I was responding directly to Amswerprancer's thread of yesterday.
He asked for comments regarding the linkage with the plight of Lee Rigby and extremist groups, so I see my answer this morning as entirely approptiate.

There are still lots of people that think that "Britain First" is full of good guys, an that are have some kind of link to our armed forces.

Nothing could be further from the truth. As can be seen from the interview with Andrew Neil, and the Wiki link, they are nothing more than a bunch of violent, ultra right-wing racist, and fascist thugs, with everything still in common with the low lifes that they sprang from...the BNP and Unionist loyalist militants.

So, the next time anyone sees a post on facebook from this odious organisation, with lots of Union Flags, pictures of Churchill and Lee Rigby, perhaps they had better realise what the BF is actually trying to do.
