Tommy Robinson, an ex-member of the BNP ( or Andrew McMaster or Paul Harris....( I am unsure which of his many aliases that he currently going by ) seems that he has learned very little from his period in prison.
This time he is trying to form a British wing of a German racist organisation called Pegida. I
I wonder how many of his former numbskull mates from the
the English Defence League will join him ?

PP....Robinson did indeed seem to have a conversion of the road to Damascus,as can be seen from his Wiki entry :::
https:/ /en.wik ipedia. org/wik i/Tommy _Robins on_(act ivist)
He appeared to have seen the error of his ways and was starting to look more reasonable, for I give him credit for.
So I am at a loss to understand why he decided to get involved with far-right fascists politics again !

mikey; Having initiated the BNP, he finally left it because of all the seriously disagreeable elements that had infiltrated it. He states rationally that wants the building of no more mosques in the UK, and a halt to muslim immigration because he thinks there are sufficient already, the removal of Sharia law and a stop to the practice of halal butchery.
Do you want to see an increase in the muslim population, the proliferation of more mosques, sharia law and halal?
Simple questions, please answer.

The answer to most of those would be no Khandro, but championing a fascist organisation like Pergida isn't the way to achieve those aims.
Robinson keeps running from one far-right concern to another. The fact that he joined the BNP in the first place, speaks volumes for his lack of judgement. According to Wiki he was a Member of the BNP for a year.
The BNP was formed when the National Front split up, in 1982. If Robinson had taken the opportunity to make even the most simple and cursory of checks before joining, it would have been blindingly obvious what the BNP was all about....the Nazi salutes would have given a clue, and it wouldn't have taken 12 months to come to this conclusion, as told to the BBC's Andrew Neil in June 2013,
"Robinson claimed he had left after one year, telling Neil "I didn't know Nick Griffin was in the National Front, I didn't know non-whites couldn't join the organisation. I joined, I saw what it was about, it was not for me"
He expressed similar doubts about the EDL, an organization that he formed in 2009, although again, not until years later. The true nature of the EDL was obvious to most people, that it was just a bunch of racist thugs, and football hooligans, but not Robinson.
So again, I repeat. Its his complete lack of judgement that keeps following him around, and its why he no credibility whatsoever.

mikey, just checking on the objectives of Pegida and it is;
"against what it considers the Islamisation of the Western world, calling for more restrictive immigration rules, particularly for Muslims. It seeks to alter German immigration legislation so that it becomes similar to Australian immigration programs and Canadian immigration categories".
Wikipedia
Do you consider the governments of Australia and Canada to be fascist dictatorships?

Khandro....I don't loath any religions, only what is done it their name.
Like all religions, followers of Islam have the ability to apply common sense, just like Christians do.
Fundamentalist Christianity preaches that the Grand Canyon is only 6000 years old and that ancient man chased dinosaurs for his lunch. But that doesn't mean that Church Of England Vicars have to adhere to the same daft and flaky teachings.
This thread is about Tommy Robinson and I still stand by everything I have said about him on this thread, and I am not sure I can add anything new.

mikey; I can see you don't want to pursue this, but though you say "This thread is about Tommy Robinson " in the op you say more than that viz. "a German racist organisation called Pegida."
As far as I can see, Pegida is not defined by racism but by is opposition to, as it's name says, the Islamification of Germany, which is a different matter.
