Nails Coming Away From Fingers

About a year ago my nail started coming away from my fore finger then after a month healed then after a week came away again the healing process would take 4 weeks be good for a week then come away again I eventually went to the doctors who took a sample of the nail which was sent off for a fungus test which all came back negative they said maybe I had banged my finger which I hadn't ,the nail hasbeen fine for 3 months , in the last week it had lifted again and now it has started on the index finger on the same hand I've been in a warm climate the last 3 weeks and are not using any cleaning products or creams !
