I'm My Friend's Secret Friend From His Boyfriend.
6 Answers
Okay,
So my friend has a boyfriend who gets jealous quite easily, he complains a lot to my friend that he never sees him (which he does) and that he's always going out with other people without him. Now, my friend and I now go out places in secret from our group of friends to prevent his boyfriend feeling jealous and giving my friend hell with his complaining. We're in no way sexually active together and it's not a romance thing. If we ever get found out we'll be presumed to have been dating while my friend was dating his boyfriend. I love my friend to bits and love spending time with him and I don't want an overprotective boyfriend stopping my friend spending time with me. Any advice?

If the boyfriend finds out, he'll make your friend choose who he wants to be with.....it probably won't be you.
If they split up, your friend may well resent you and you could get a reputation for splitting couples up.
How long have your friend and his b/f been together?

@jackthehat they are only about a 9 months in, his boyfriend has been ridiculously clingy after they became 'official'. My friend is very social and independent and his boyfriend is (in my opinion) the polar opposite. It's hardly my business, but when I'm having to pull off a 'cover up' style job it concerns me, I can't post any photos of us together on my social page, heck I have to lie to my whole friendship group to keep this under-wraps. It sounds very 'domestic' I know but before the boyfriend my friend and I traveled all around, abroad, to concerts and I'm not gonna lose that.
