The bed.
Writing implements.

Without the ability to record their experiences humans would be limited, as all other animals are, simply to the knowledge and experience of their fellows that are alive at the same time. Being able to record the knowledge and experience of previous generations enabled humans to accumulate knowledge and build on that accumulation. This is not an option for any other species.

the Victorian sewage system, prevented people from getting sick and dying.
The microchip. So many things now depend on one.
The washing-machine. I didn't have one when my first daughter was born and hand-washing everything (including sheets etc.) brought it home to me how much the machine liberated women from drudgery 2 or 3 days a week.
By far the greatest human invention ever is the alphabet. Of course.
The human race would be absolutely nowhere without it .
And if you think chinese ideograms are an alphabet, consider the need to learn 40,000 ideograms before you can be considered literate.
And of course without something to write them down with, the letters would be somewhat useless.
And the second most important invention was the printing press.
( Never mind writing implements, which could have started with dirty fingers.) And never mind the wheel, which had to have been a whole set of inventions, including the second wheel,the third and fourth wheels, the axle and some kind of steering device.
The wherewithal to make fire. Just think of it.....People having to “catch fire” from a lightning strike and guard it carefully then suddenly you can have fire any time you want....light when its dark....soft food for babies and old people...warmth when its cold...a weapon...even a way to hollow logs to make boats....genius!
Can't answer for...our....but for my life it's the microwave and the crochet hook....x
Anything to do with heat like hot water bottles, electric blankets, gas fires, electric fires, radiators etc.I hate being cold, and if I had no form of heat, I would probably stay in bed all day.

Not just anesthetics, the science of medicine in general. It's only been able to be developed since the circulation of the blood was discovered by Harvey , 150 years or so ago?
Or if we really go back, how about the discovery that the Earth was not flat and was not the center of the Universe? Many people were given the death sentence just for suggesting the idea!
