OG....seems a bit weird, I will agree. But he wasn't swallowing any illegal drugs, as was first presumed by many on here.

Strictly speaking, they both were. Most folk who end up on the hard drugs start with something softer, like caffeine.

A quick google reveals that paracetamol and caffeine are common accompaniments of heroine.
