Making A Complaint To The Post Office
1 Answers
hi, before christmas i ordered a gift card which didn't arrive. The PO and shop investigated and the PO said as far as they were concerned it had been delivered as it had been scanned in at the po before it was delivered. The shop said the card had been used therefore it must be me!
now a similar thing has happened - i ordered a packet of fudge which has not arrived and the PO are once again investigating. I am seriously not pulling a fast one, but the co-incidence of 2 together makes it look like i am. I think the fact the gift card was spent makes it quite obvious it was nicked from someone withing royal mail. How do i go about making a complaint?

If you live in a home, where your mail comes through your own letterbox, than if items go missing, its almost certain that they have been "mislaid" somewhere on route.
Stuff get nicked from within Royal Mail all the time....they even have a Dept. especially created to combat it.
Make a complaint, in writing and keep a copy. If there is a thief somewhere in the system, then Royal Mail need all the help they can get.
