I was walking on a busy street.. The girl I like was across the road walking the opposite direction of me (i.e. towards me)... She saw me and immediately crossed to my side of the road just to walk past me while next to me... She then does that with a complete blank face without looking at me... What does that mean?

I would guess that she wanted to make sure you saw her. Alternatively she wanted you to know she's ignoring you.

Maybe she saw someone she didn't like walking towards her on her side of the street so crossed over.

It means you are imagining that she saw you. It was just a coincidence that she crossed when she did.

It doesn't mean anything. She probably crossed the road because she wanted to cross the road. You're reading too much into it.
