I'm a very spiritual person and I'm pretty good at attracting certain things. I eventually get them through deep thought and attraction. however, when it comes to conveying a spiritual message to this particular person. It's quite hard. It worked before when i meditated everyday for a whole week and he text me on new year's eve as an excuse to send me a voice note. However, he has too much pride to text and is quite stubborn , due to various encounters where I was too scared to form a bond or relationship with him and he took it as a rejection. Regardless, he'd follow me and ogle me a lot and I know that he feels the same way I feel about him. It's just his ego getting in the way of things and I can't risk texting him, because I commented on one of his snapchat stories and he just opened it and left it at that. I can't take the major step, because he'll act like he doesn't care and I know he cares a lot. He contacted the girlfriend of one of my close guy friends to tell her that my guy friend was spending so much time with me, because he was too jealous. He gets overly jealous when I talk to other guys and he'd try to catch my attention in any way or form. I feel this immense power of deep thought and attraction radiating off of him , although we're only 8 hours away from each other by car and an hour away by flight, since I moved back home almost a month ago. I just keep sending him messages via deep meditation everyday and i keep on using the power of attraction and i'm getting nothing. I tried all I could and he still won't contact me. I can feel him and his gloomy energy at times but I can't seem to reach him. I'm pretty good at attracting what I want and I would feel my energy radiating around me. how do I reach him?

Reach him by either talking to him in real life, or via a phone call.

It also sounds like you're talking about the law of attraction.

Maybe it's unwise to manifest relationships via this method? Why don't you go out and earn it, instead of telling yourself it will happen this way.

Try the more common method of making the first move and opening up to them. Don't rely soley on whatever extra-sensory gifts you believe you have.

"he'd try to catch my attention in any way or form" - I'm afraid the rest of your post suggests this isn't true, he ignored your snapchat message and neither is it too likely that he's too stubborn to text. I wonder if you are putting him in the same deep place you are when in fact he's just not interested. In my experience if a man is interested he will get in touch, if he isn't he won't. Most men aren't that tuned into spiritual messages either.

Silly, you abuse power by turning it to your own benefit. Find a teacher, learn about what you think you can do. Find out if you have any real gifts, if you have use them only for the benefit of others.

Stop imposing your mean opinions upon a person, regardless of anonymity, it hurts. Because it's far more complicated and this is just a recap. He's a really stubborn person and doesn't like showing his true emotions because I was too mean to him and I wasn't ready to mingle with him. I was too scared and I wanted to focus on my education and career. I wish I can apologize but his ego has been raised beyond control and he has changed into a jerk, due to his new acquaintances. Yet, he still tries to provoke my attention in kind of way by stalking me and following me. But now I'm back home and I wanna contact him. But I know he'll pretend like he doesn't care. However, I do believe in the law attraction and deep meditation, because I can feel it and I've had things happen through them.

Look, no-one is being mean ( I might have been a little sarcastic- so apologies) but anything which uses energy, which you try to manifest with energy of any sort works best when you are doing it for someone else ( Rowan certainly did something remarkable for me), working for yourself doesn't work so well, especially if you haven't done all of the mundane things first, like text, called etc.
If he rejects you it doesn't matter, you've given it a shot, but you do need to give it a shot in the really real world ahead of relying on anything esoteric.
