Hello How are you all?
As I have wrote in my last question that my company provides Arabic translation page to different web pages. When we complete any page's translation we upload that translation on our website, just like a blog post. Then we email to the person and request them to link our translation page on his original web page. So I have requested to someone for translation and he approved my request and when we completed his translation and emailed him. he said he can't link our page because he don't have access for that web page now. I Copied his email below:

His Email reply: "Oh, I see. I no longer add translations to the source page.
Now I want to request him again that if he has any other way to link us, so what I wrote

"Hello abc,
We have translated this web page after your approval and main purpose of this translation is to provide benefit to your Arabic readers who cannot understand Arabic. If you could link our translation on your web page, then your readers will have access of Arabic translation on a single click.

Hope you will find any other way to link our translation.
"

another rather than any other
But I don't understand why they can't link. Is their service provider or government banning access to the server you use ? Are they bring honest ?
Some sites are so arranged that it is impossible for them to show certain things or, especially, have one added by others through interactive segments. One such example is eBay who prevent people sending each other e-mail addresses within eBay's messaging service or post links within their auction entries.

Old_Geezer I don't know why he refused to link our translation page now. He gave me approval and than he refused :(
No problem!

Maybe he thought that you would be able to offer a 'pop up' on the website for Arabic readers

If i go on a Spanish website, my computer will offer to "translate" it for me.

Maybe this is what he thought you would do, instead of provide a link to another website for the translation.

Obviously he wants to keep people and traffic on his own website. This is understandable. But, after getting the translation done, he may as well now link to it.
