You walk into a park, or any public space for that matter, there are two benches, and you would like to sit for a time, the one bench as one person already sitting down. Do you choose the empty bench to sit on, or sit next to the person on the other. And the reason for your choice.

if you were from the mediterranean area you would sit on a bench already occupied, they do chat to each other unlike the uk citizens,

Mamya.. I'll perhaps sit on the grass with Arky and have a catch up I'm sure we'd also have a good chortle watching folk deciding which bench to sit on.
