Zacs-M, if someone says " ‘Donald Trump Is an idiot’" you can ask them how they arrived at that conclusion.

Khandro 1 + 1 = 2, unless you want to infinite regression semantic games - count me out.

Zacs-M , the past is the past and carrying old luggage forward is not my sport, I see the world around us as testament to that.

but to ignore the lessons learned from the mistakes of the past condemns you to repeat them.

should never have happened because the lessons were there to be learned after this incident.

‘ carrying old luggage forward is not my sport’

Then why post this very thread? It clearly is about carrying your disagreement with Naomi forward.

Tora - It will be pay-per-view ;-)

Ich - sorry but I don’t follow your logic. If someone and their address don’t exist, then it’s clearly incorrect to say they did / do.
be like nailing eels to the wall!

That can depend on what you're counting.

A shocking, sad event in 1988
Ignore is a funny/unusual word to me. We may have heard "ignorance of the Law is no excuse" ie not knowing, and ignore can also be 'disregard intentionally'. Why and IF they 'ignored' lessons learned after 35 died I do not know.

I do not say ignore past events, but hopefully sometimes positive lessons can be learned from past events.

it seems 7OP's new name is not allowed.

Yes, I think it is fair to ask. But you may not insist or insinuate anything from a no reply.

Yes it does, it makes 2 things.
Not if the elephant ate the pomegranate!
