whats the big issue?
Everyone running around, washing their hands like theres no tomorrow and disinfecting everything in sight.
The ONLY death that you will ever experience is your own. Yes, you will experience the heartache of anothers death but the *actual* dying that you you will only experience is your own demise.
And we all have to die, everything must pass.
Whats the big issue if all humans die? I dont get it? Why are humans so important to this planet? In years to come the entire planet will die...
Whether I (or we) die tomorrow or in a million years, wont make a scrap of difference.
I love life but better be prepared (and accept) that its finite...
(And doesnt discriminate who lives longest)
Dont be scared of dying. It will happen to us all.
I've never been scared of dying. I see death as 'nothingness' and I can't see how it's possible to be scared of 'nothing'.
I have no concept of grief either. I've never grieved for anyone and I know that I never will, so other people dying isn't going to bother me too much.
All the same though, I'm not too keen on the thought of the suffering that I might experience before my death.
Aren't you cheery. I think this belongs any where...but not chatterbank.
That's just my opinion of course, but I'd really like to be able to escape all the gloom and doom in at least ONE category.
No it's a positive thing... If you accept you will die nothing else is scary....
So you feel more clearly that the life you have is for living, loving, doing....
nailit, I imagine most of us are all too aware of our own mortality right now. Your post does not reflect the agonising death people face from Covid19 - gasping for their last breath.
You had to post it in Chatterbank ...
