It’s good to wear a mask to try to prevent COVID spreading. Very different things.

It would appear that the restriction is the same, but in fact it is radically different.

Unlike a full-face covering, which makes even identifying the gender of the wearer impossible, a standard face mask does not render the wearer unidentifiable.
