Trump was far more confrontational than Biden is ever likely to be, pulling out of international agreements and alienating other world powers, such as Russia and China. Further, he was frequently accused of being far too close to Israel, totalling ignoring the needs of the Palestinian people. (i.e. if anyone was/is too close to 'Zionists', it was Trump, not Biden).

Biden is likely to seek common ground with both China and Russia, thus reducing world tensions, rather than fuelling them. He's also likely to get the USA to rejoin international agreements on issues like global warming (such as the Paris Agreement), which Trump pulled out, so that the USA will no longer be seen as a pariah nation by many other countries.

He (assuming he takes office) is not going to start WW3, but I think by returning to the old American order of warmongering & trying unsuccessfully to police the world, of interfering in religious & tribally based conflicts of which he & previous US administrations have embroiled themselves, & have little understanding of, & which Trump has been the first president who has had the nous to see leads only to death & destruction in foreign lands & of there own soldiers, you will see little to be jubilant about in the coming administration.
