I have been unfortunate enough to have met Hatton on two occasions, the second of which I walked away from and told my employers at the time that we shouldn't be talking to this man.
Credit where credit is due, Allen is right, Hatton is well thought of in parts of Liverpool, but he's well thought of because he's managed to fool the hard of thinking, like Allen, that he's a man of the people and wants what's best for the people of Liverpool.
In fact, the truth is, he couldn't care less about the people of Liverpool - if my experience is anything to go by, ALL he's interested in is lining his own pocket.
I wouldn't say I've got any inside information...but watch this space with Jo Anderson. Just sayin'!
