For staff...a new employee benefit?

I don't think it's up to employers to fund this sort of treatment. I know they want to be seen as open and accepting, but do bill payers have any say in where their money is going?

Given that Virgin Media has an annual turnover in excess of five billion pounds, any expenditure incurred in assisting a very small number of employees with their gender transition is nothing more than a drop in the ocean to them and extremely unlikely to have any effect on their customers' bills.

I don't expect it to have any effect whatsoever on my bills.
I'd no idea their annual turnover was so huge...I expect it won't matter to them one single bit what anyone else thinks either.
Just making it easier to switch.
