.....of all those who died in the Manchester Arena bombing. I lived just half a mile from there when I was a boy. It was hard to comprehend when it happened. There is now a memorial garden near Manchester Cathedral, next to the Arena, called Glade of Light. Remember.

RIP to all the children and adults that were murdered on that awful day. A day of fun that turned into a living nightmare for their family and friends. So sad :o(

Though the poem was written before the arena bombing, it was rightly adopted as Manchester's voice of defiance. It was also released as a single;
