Could somebody recommend a site where I can print out a picture of H.M.The Queen or the Union Jack.

Simple grab an image found from Google images and save it to your hard drive. Then either print it directly from your image viewing software or, possibly better, import it into a Word (or similar) document or desktop publishing program first in order to give you the greatest flexibility. (Images found by Google are usually subject to copyright but nobody is going to know or care if you're using them for non-commercial purposes).
