If you contact your local Kingdom Hall and ask them not to call again, they will stop.

If so then presumably it should. But it dounds like a civil matter to be, not that I've heard of these areas. It'd be up to you to sue.

"Businesses are advised not to cold call in designated NCCZ, the residents do not want you to do so and if you repeatedly call and/or refuse to leave you may commit a criminal offence. ". So it is not an automatic criminal offence.
Have you got the necessary sticker near your front door?

Jehovah's Witnesses are not a business so are not subject to these restrictions

im not going to sue i have better things to do but when i said to the jehovas this is no cold calling they said oh were not selling anything i thought whats the difference youre still bothering me at my door without an invite

Is cold calling banned in the UK?
According to British law, cold calling is legal. There is nothing stopping companies from calling people up and trying to make sales directly to potential customers.

Just contact the Kingdom Hall. It is not a business so these zones don't apply.
Just how often do they call?

So the best course of action for you is to contact their church and politely ask them to adhere to the signage.

It appears to be a civil matter rather than a legal matter so it would be up to you to take action.

Yes I know Barry, but it is not legally enforceable.
I found another link that provides a letter to send to the company that keeps ignoring the zone signage.
