U S Congress Discusses U F O Sightings By Military

//Retired US Navy commander David Fravor …. recounted his encounter with a "tic-tac" shaped UAP in 2004 that moved in a way that baffled aviators, footage of which was released in 2017 and publicly verified by the US Navy two years later.
"The technology that we faced was far superior than anything that we had, have today, or are looking to develop in the next 10+ years," Mr Fravor said.
David Grusch, an ex-Air Force intelligence officer, hinted that government officials had suppressed information and punished whistleblowers, but claimed he could not elaborate further in public due to classification laws.
In one notable exchange, Nancy Mace, a South Carolina Republican, asked Mr Grusch elaborate on what he knew about non-terrestrial bodies.
She asked him if "biologics" were recovered from any crafts retrieved by the government.
Referencing his previous media interviews, Mr Grusch responded that "biologics came with some of these recoveries".
Were they human or non-human? Ms Mace asked.
"Non-human, and that was the assessment of people with direct knowledge on the programme I talked to," Mr Grusch responded. During a different line of questioning, he confirmed he had never personally seen an alien body.//

KHANDRO, from your link,
"In the United Kingdom, 1,581 randomly sampled scientists participated in the survey, and 137 of them also participated in in-depth interviews.
Although the researchers did not ask questions about Dawkins, 48 scientists mentioned him during in-depth interviews without prompting, and nearly 80 percent of those scientists believe that he misrepresents science and scientists in his books and public engagements."
Since the comments about Dawkins had not been sought by the researchers, is the sample size, forty-eight, representative of British scientists?

Khandro, Why are you telling me what someone else is alleged to have said again? Is that meant to persuade me?
Not that we know the scientists who took part in that survey were asked about Dawkins' theories on the origins of life, but I wonder if it has occurred to them - or you - that if life didn't begin on Earth, it may have been as a result of a happy accident elsewhere?

// Aliens exist, they must, look up the Drake equation, we will never meet or communicate in any way. That is obvious to anyone with any sort of understanding of physics. //
Perhaps if you had an actual understanding of physics, rather than merely "any sort", then you'd know (a) not to assume that the Drake Equation shows us anything, and (b) that "never" is the most dangerous word.

// ... what TTT thinks is impossible today may well be the norm in years to come. //
A lot of the question, too, is to what extent this is "merely" an engineering challenge. If that's the case, then it becomes even more foolhardy to talk about it "never" happening. Humans have proven pretty decent at solving engineering challenges, given enough time and money.

Our alien who art in heaven,
our Martian, our little AB man or woman, we're anxious
to make contact, to ask naomi questions
about the heavendom she hails from, to discuss
the whole shebang of the beginning & the end,
the pre–big bang opening time of the inn
before zacs and khando forgets the why
and lie of their first-ever drinking binge.
