I Should Have Had My Anti-Flu, Anti-Covid, Jabs...

A few weeks ago.  

I never got round to getting them and now I think I do have Flu.  Is it too late now to get the jabs?

If you had flu I'd hazard a guess you wouldn't be posting on here or doing Wordle.   I don't suppose it's ever too late to have your jabs but I don't know.  Give your surgery a ring.

I had mine done and was ill for three days afterwards.

Ten days ago I suffered a debilitating episode which laid me low for almost three days (most unusual for me) which was almost certainly some form of 'flu. Since then I've had a hacking cough which has meant I've had to postpone a couple of luncheon appoinments.

I won't be bothering next year.

No.  There was a walk-in service at my local pharmacy.  No appointment was necessary.

I was stymied by wrong kind of vaccine - but you know I knocked on the door until they got the right stuff ( they get paid, and it is all on a computer. I was pretty impressed)

Probably a bit late.  I couldn't have my flu jab in Oct., when it was due, because I was suffering from a chest infection, so I had it in November. One of the last ones the surgery kept in for cases such as me.

It can't do any harm to ask.

We're suffering anyway from all the other nasties around this year.
