They rightly stripped Vennals of her OBE after she knowingly let hundreds of adults suffer and even be falsly prosecuted in the PO scandal. TYhis scandal is even bigger and hundreds of children were left to suffer and many still are. Starmer should be prosecuted and stripped of the honour he doesn't deserve. Then locked up in Robinsonds cell.

To answer the OP, no not all Pakistani men and also not just Pakistsni men.  I think its more a religious thing than a race thing so country is irrelevant.

In general many Islamic believers are in the middle ages and want to bring all the West to their hell hole level. White non believer women in particular are a target they see as fair game.

We will have to fight back or move somewhere.  But where can we go?

Aside from religion & ethnicity the types of employment that some ethnic groups seem to favour - takeaways & taxi driving predominantly - provide opportunities to commit abuse.
