My 19 year old daughter has said she is fed up living at home and wants to experience something else. Most of her friends have gone to Uni. She doesn't really know what area of work she wants to work in but has done a diploma in Holistic Therapies although she's keen do try something else. We have seen an advert for volunteering through CVO and think it ticks all the boxes. Does anyone have experience of working for them?

no, but contact your local volunteer bureau who'll be able to give information on local vacancies and usually information on volunteering abroad. If she's between 16-24 encourage her to sign up as a millennium volunteer where she can get accredited for her volunteering looks great on cv's

This is an excellent volunteering organisation & has helped a number of people I know to find their direction in life. Good luck.
