Hi I am also sorry for your loss I have been having a look around there are a few out there and it must be horrible for you to go through.
I have found this one. The website name is not nice but it does give some helpful tips.

foxydivano, sorry to hear about the lost of your nan.
Personally whatever comes into your mind i believe will be sufficient, i feel this way its more personal from you and your family, tho i do appreciate that it must be very difficult at this moment in time, i'm sure whatever you decide will be the correct decision.
Hope that everything goes as well as can be during this very sad time for you & your family.

im sorry for your loss, i hope you are coping. it's hard to find something just right when you are looking for messages for gravestones because once it's on there it's stuck! what i would suggest is going round graveyards and looking at other people's, that's what we did when i lost my brother and we found a lovely one. it's hard to sum up in your own words what they meant to you. xxx
hi foxy. my family and i were in the same position as you not so long ago, and no matter what we read nothing seemed to say everything, so in the end we created a montage of pictures and had them etched onto a porcelin plaque that was set into the headstone. it makes me smile every time i see it as i can see my sister smiling back at me. the mason we used was in the north, but maybe they could help you out. let me know if you want their details. x
