Could you help me solve this problem?

You work as a customer assistant at a shopping centre and were approached by a customer who was attacked on the premises. Now he pays towards security but the security was not there (the guards cannot be everywhere at all times) What solution would you suggest?

CCTV On all entrances , and a ban on Hoodies so possible attackers can be identified, also shops in the Centre with warlike talkies , for fast response from the security guards , also guards are cheap , hire a few more.
