Preston and speed cameras!
5 Answers
I was driving out of preston this evening on the ringroad and after i went through a set of traffic lights i saw a tall thin but small camera, i looked up at it and it clicked, it didnt flash but something definately clicked in it. It was the set of traffic lights where stapels is i think, between there and wetherspoons. I know there is a speed camera just up the hill from there near the bus stop, but dont know if this was a speed camera, ive never seen it before, does anyone know what it was??? As im very concerned. Thanks!

Some are to scan traffic flow, so the lights can be remotely adjusted to ease congestion if required, and some record vehicles passing through to check fo lights-jumpers.
If you were proceeding within the limit and didn't jump the lights, it's unlikely you have anything to worry about.
