Some housing estates, aren't allowed vans and caravans parked on the estate. What if you park your van or caravan on your drive? Ive always wondered this fact.
I'd check your Title Deed, genenerally speaking though, your not allowed to park a Caravan on your drive, a Caravanette would be okay, because you can drive it., likwise with vans.
I reckon if you tried you would just get a load of busy body neighbours moaning. I am not sure what law upholds the title deeds. We are not supposed to keep chickens but I am not going to try to see what happens.
My mate lives on one of these estates and her bf parks a bloody great van on the drive and nothing has happened in the last 4 years but she gets on with most of the neighbours. I know someone else who can park her "pop up caravan" on the drive as it is lower than the hedges etc. so does not affect the look of the street!!!!!
