Liquid or water (wet) from the body, does it feel cold?

On a hot or warm day in the UK (26 degs possible
hot day) and liquid from your body was discharged (for example passing urine) and collected in your clothes would the wetness (wet, moisture) feel cold at any stage before evaporating?

I would think that the majority of people here are not really interested in your urinary concerns!

Your a bit weird!!! it would stay at body temperature unless you went into an area where the liquid could be cooled by external temperature, especially wind.

Haha, sorry guys this was just a problem we were discussing (arguing) over a few beers at uni. I thought it would cool to air temperature and because this is less than the body temperature it would feel cold. Don't worry Im not wierd lol. Any more toughts would be much appreciated.

Haha someones on the ball this morning. I'm up so early because we have lots of exams coming up next week starting Wednesday. And because I never attended any (many) lectures I'm finding myself learning lots as opposed to revising lol. Oh well. These early morning will be made up for with many late nights and heavy drinking sessions after exams, have no fear ;)
