How do i find out what percentage of those living in England are in a minority group, be that ethnic, disabled or gay?

The Office for National Statistics can tell you ethnicity data (www.statistics.gov.uk) and some disabilities data. Not sure who would have accurate stats on sexualty, since it's not part of the census.
