Has anybody seen that advert on TV for Kidsclaimz, or something like that. Solicitors touting for compo claims after kids accidents.
This has got to be totally stupid and can only lead to the eventual closure of, parks, swimming baths, school playgrounds, sales of roller skates and a million other things. How on earth did we older people ever get here in one piece.

I took the boys to a party only last night, and it was in the local park. At one point ALL of the kids (ages 3 to about 9) were up a tree, and I was happy that mine were happy to do it! The party girl's mum didn't bat an eye when all four of hers were up there too. The whole tree was shaking - we couldn't see anyone, but stood and watched it rattling. They all had a ball, but imagine being friends with the kind of kids who weren't allowed, or worse, with the kind of parents who you just KNOW would run to make a claim if their darlings had fallen out?

Long live carefree boys and girls, danger, relaxed but sensible parents and old-fashioned fun. That's what I say!

A curse on Kidsclaimz, and all who sail in her lol
