A chav is a person of low educational standards who often lives in places like Cardiff or Leicester. They often drink cheap ale and have tattoos and fighting is a natural pleasure. Atavist by definition, chavs are often seen spitting and swearing in shopping malls and MacDonalds.

According to these explanations then a particular race can be classified as chavs, and there might be one or two in the more predominant race whom possesses these characteristics of the latter. Do you agree or not?

Since a lot of Chav names originate in soaps I think Summer probably is one. There was a Summer in Home and Away.
