How's this for an irrational dislike of something?

I've just been to lunch with a colleague and she held her knife like a pen.

Bizarrely, it annoyed me!!!

So, does anybody else out there have an irrational dislike of something?

Yes...people like Reachesme...who, for some reason best known to themselves......assume that people born out of wedlock are thick. Very offensive and totally ignorant So....Reachesme...were you born out of wedlock I wonder? Disgusting!!!!!

People who refer to the Arctic as the artic - an artic is a lorry which bends in the middle, not a frozen continent.
Also the expression, 'I'm fed up of', which should be 'I'm fed up with' - and being a writer I do consider myself to have a good command of the language and do get heavily p****d off with the general misuse of it!

I like your list stewey, I should have thought of those, also people who stick a foreign word in the middle of a sentence, like 'avec' instead of 'with' (my husband does that)
