Norwich people please!!

I know there's some people here from the Norwich area- please can you advise on the best areas to live for around �150.000? We prefer modern or ex-council if in a good area, just a two bedroom house with a small garden near a park with local amenities. We were thinking of the Bowthorpe area- any thoughts please? Hope someone will reply.

Just a thought - why not move to Great Yarmouth and have a half hour commute every day - Yarmouth is having a lot of regeneration and you can get a lot more for your money over here.

sorry if you're from Yarmouth but I had a few ddays there last week and really did not like it! Just not for us I'm afraid.

A friend of mine lives near Broughton, and for double what you want to pay - he now has a farmhouse with outbuildings, two ponds and stacks of land. Therefore, I'm sure that your budget'll allow you to find a decent place. Good luck!
