hey you can buy them in halfords, toys r us, woolworths, mothercare and many more simillar places but as far as having them personalised goes think you'd have to search online

i think its for the emergency services benefit, if there's been an accident, and it alerts them theres a child/ baby on board.

I thought they were meant to tell the drvier behind that there was a baby on board. People leave them on in the cars all time, even when there`s no baby/child in the car.
