Everyday we hear about another priest having sex with an underage boy isnt about time this wicked way of life was stopped once and for all before all teenagers are robbed of their chilhood by ghastly Christians and their inhuman ways?

It is true that the Christian church and in particular Roman Catholics have a problem with child sex abuse.

Not sure what you are advocating in your phrase "this wicked way of life was stopped once and for all".

It goes without saying that this practice should be stopped.

Thankfully, very few christian clergy abuse children, and most are honest and decent.

i was making reference to the point that islam must be stopped, it was meant to be tongue in cheek but if other people can say that islam must be stopped because of the terrorist attacks then surely christianity must be stopped if it has paedophilia within its ranks?

If you were traumatised by something which happened when you were young, it does not mean that all christians are bad. There is counseling available if you need it.

Sexual abuse of minors is criminal, on that we are all agreed.
Christianity does not approve it, but criminals within the christian community are guilty of it. They hide behind the dog collar.
Islam treats it as the norm. There's the difference.

I remember many years ago Channel 4 did an undercover documentary within the Hindu and Muslim faiths to do with healing the preachers were asked to deal with women suffering from things like headaches etc. all of ther "cures" revolved around taking of their clothes. Abusers will go to any job or vocation that allows them to abuse, there have been several stories in the press (most local) about pervy teachers, perhaps we should ban education.
