The Pyramat chair is great if that's your thing, I have one and it's so comfortable.

If you don't have one already, look at an iPod, the Nano is within your budget.

Buy a power kite, it's not overly techy, but it's good fun. for 3150 you'll be able to get something decent from your local kite shop. If you do choose this route, do NOT buy from Argos, their kites are dangerous
