Living with Racist Neighbours!

Last year our neighbours (mother) racially abused my partner (verbally). The women got arrested & it ended up going to court she got a 12 month conditional discharge & that was the end.

Before xmas the (mother) did a property exchange (housing association) with the son who was originally our neighbour. So now we are living next to the offender who made the racial remarks!!!!

We have done all we can to find out why the association allowed this knowing the circumstances, but it appeared they were more worried about legal action if they wouldn't allow the exchange to go through!

I have been intimidated by the (mother) jus because I looked at her. I reported it but nothing was done!

Since all this the father always looks & noses aboutt into our property when walking past. Their 10 yr old son has thrown bits of rubbish & items like marbles, toothbrushes, tennis balls etc
Today the boy has just stuck his middle finger up when walking past our property with his (mother) witnessed by a friend!!!!

Please any advice before we both loose our cool - we cannot cope anymore & we don't want to move.
