Can anyone identify this building

Can anyone identify the building with the courtyard pictured in the middle of this Google satellite map?

It's quite grand, with turrets and towers. It's situated just on The Embankment on the north side of Battersea Bridge in London.
I've been driving past it for years (maybe 12) It's a new build in an olde-worlde side. Even though it seems to have been completed years ago, there are still building hoardings around it which never seem to go. Is there an ongoing dispute with the council or something?
Is it a private home for an ogliarch or a religeous building or what? It's been puzzling me for years.
Thanks.

The links say it is now a private home. I'm still intrigued to know why after so many years, there are still those tatty fences around it (as per the last link) still remain.
Surely if the owners have enough cash to live in a house like that, the fences would have gone years ago.
Anyway. I now know what it is, so many many thanks.
