porn and scams in my email

some filthy vile porn is getting sent to my email adress,,,i can tell by the wording that its obviously got to do with animals...also i am being bombarded with scams.....i keep rporting them as phishing scams but they keep coming back......how do i get this crap off once and for all.......its a discrace that microsoft or whoever cannot sort this out!!!

Microsoft does not control the internet. Governments can't control it because it very often comes from abroad, where the government has no jurisdiction.

You can do something about it. Use email that has a good spam filter and train it.
Have an email address that is not a proper name - mine is my first registration number. Spam is sent by computers that send millions out in the hope that a small percentage will be a genuine email address - if your address includes a proper name it will be targeted.

Have a free email account such as hotmail or gmail that you keep only for registering on websites. Keep your personal and business email seperate
